My manager takes credit for my ideas. What should I do?
I am not my pastor's assistant, but I am the secretary for another manager on our church staff. My manager takes my ideas and presents them to my pastor but never gives me credit for them. What should I do?

I would say talk to your manager about it and trust God... the Bible says that promotion comes from God so whatever God has in store from you, nobody can stop... not even your manager.
Everything that is done in the dark will come to light. When I worked in "corporate america", for years my supervisor who use my ideas and get credit for them. He would also write me up for the littliest things. He would even accuse me of lying when I would call in sick. I praye, trusted, and expected God to handle the situation. I took a week's vacation and the president of our company needed some information and reports pulled together asap. My supervisor called me like crazy for two days straight. I didn't know what was going on. I felt this strong urge not the answer my phone. To make a long story short, when I returned from vacation everyone was talking about how he got in trouble and yelled at because he didn't know anything about the department or the work and ideas he had been submitting over the years because they were my ideas. He never took the time to look over them or read them therefore he was clueless. He was forced to tell the truth and face the consequences. I received a raise. I am no longer at the company, but I was told that now his boss is doing the same thing to him that he did to me.
