My Wackiest Video Ever (but there is a point)!

This is the wackiest one yet!

Yep... it’s C-R-A-Z-Y!

And don’t worry, watching it can still be considered
W-O-R-K (goofy grin).

Don’t be too shocked. I do like to have fun.

And I AM quite silly.

(Hurry up and watch it before I get too embarrassed
and take it down.)

Anyway - there really is an important point that is
made, even in the midst of all the random madness so
just check it out

I’ve been super busy working on the Confessions
of a Church Secretary Secrets to Success Blueprint,
coming September 16, 2008 and maybe that’s why
my brain "appears" to be a little fried...

I had to make this one short and sweet, but I did throw
in an important lesson... so don’t judge me. :-)

would have been better if in the second part of the video you didn't have two people talking at the same time. and what was that at the end - talking about asking your pastor about a raise - in our church the council is the only place to go if you think you deserve a raise.

yea, I guess you couldn't hear them very well... but I did warn you that it was totally random.

hmmmm.... I don't recall anyone saying anything about a raise...

in fact I'm absolutely certain nobody did...

guess I should have had closed captioning on there.

Wacky or not,I got the point totally!!! Being an assistant is hard work and you must be flexible. Flexibility is a trait you must have if you are going to do anything for God!!! We can not be so confined to our own agenda that there isn't room for alterations and impromptu assignments. Good Job Tam!!!

I have a framed saying on my desk. "Blessed are the flexible for they shall never be bent out of shape". This video is my kind of stuff!

Flexible is my middle name. I, too have a to do list that gets interrupted by life and impromptu duties. Hey, this is the life I live - and I wouldn't change it. Great Job, Tamala! Thanks for being there for us!

Thanks Tamala for being REAL!! We all have those DAYS that nothing go as planned but if we remember God is in control then we can relax. And if we can start the day saying "For THIS is the DAY that God made, let us rejoice in HIM. Then, when our lists and life-lists don't gel for that day, oh well. The Lord bless,

Tamela,
Thank you for the reminder to stay flexible. I pray with Hurricane Ike visiting you, you have been able to use your "flexibility". We are praying for you and all those who were and are in Ike's path.

I LOVE the videos!
I really am encouraged by what you are doing and by seeing those encouraging words in my inbox.
Keep up the great work!
I love your attitude "do what you have to do, and have fun doing it"
I have started a new job as a secretary this week and you have no idea how much your reminders have turned around my day when I needed it the most!

Hi Tamala, this site is so wonderful. I was recently appointed as church secretary. I have been searching for ways to be effective. We have a relatively small ministry and God is trying to bring order, my part is to assist to get it done. Thank you so much for creating this site. I LOVE YOU GIRL! :)
